Moorea Resort: Intercontinental Beachcomber

This
hotel provides guests with a choice of lanai rooms or garden,
beachfront or overwater suite bungalows. The spacious lobby
opens to manicured grounds, the pool and the picturesque lagoon.
Families will enjoy the Kids Club, where children are cared
for while parents get away for some quality time. Another feature
is the Helene Spa, which provides pampering hair and body treatments.
All the treatments and massage therapies are based on fresh
plants, flowers and fruits of Tahiti. Enjoy a fresh flower bath,
or river bath in the private gardens. The Beachcomber is home
to Dolphin Quest, a unique activity that allows you to swim
with dolphins in a shallow water encounter or in the lagoon.
This is a very popular activity and should be booked well in
advance if possible. The resort is also the home of Tahiti's
only five-star PADI dive center. There are two restaurants,
serving excellent local and continental French cuisine. A multimillion
dollar renovation of the resort has been completed, and features
include completely renovated bungalows with new furnishings
and air conditioning. A special treat for honeymooners staying
in an overwater bungalow for five nights or more is a complimentary
breakfast brought to your door by canoe on the morning of your
choice.
